摘　要：近十幾年來(lái)，我國(guó)林業(yè)工作取得了森林面積和蓄積雙增長(zhǎng)的良好勢(shì)頭，但形勢(shì)依然嚴(yán)峻，特別是林地生產(chǎn)力低，林分和樹(shù)種結(jié)構(gòu)均存在不少問(wèn)題，可采資源繼續(xù)減少，林地占用嚴(yán)重等。解決這些問(wèn)題的核心是不斷增加森林面積和強(qiáng)化森林經(jīng)營(yíng)。于此，把林業(yè)建設(shè)建立在科技創(chuàng)新和制度創(chuàng)新基礎(chǔ)上便成為改變我國(guó)林業(yè)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)的根本出路。

Forestry Development in China in 21st Century

Abstract：The forestry of our country has taken out a good tendency of both increasing of forest areas and standing crop more than ten years，but the whole situation is still grimness. There are some serious problems in forestry development in China which are the woodland productivity lowliness, the structure of forest stand and tree species impertinency，operable timber resources decreasing and the engrossing of woodland strictness. The key settling these problems are increasing forest areas and strengthening forest management. According such ideas，the paper believes that the forestry development of our country should be constructed on the basis of science and technology innovation and system innovation.
