摘　要：本文著重介紹平和天馬國(guó)有林場(chǎng)立足山地資源，引導(dǎo)職工種植果樹(shù)，發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的歷程。探討國(guó)有林場(chǎng)職工租賃經(jīng)營(yíng)果園的路子、存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策。

Abstract：The article mainly presents the course during which Tianma National Forest Farm of Pinghe of Fujian province leads the staff and workers to grow fruits and develop economy, casing on the mountainous region resources, it also probes into the approaches remaining problems and the way in which to Rest and Engage in Orchard for the Staff and Workers of National Forest Farm.
